Tell us what the kitchen needs and an engineer reads it, not a call centre. If the kitchen has stopped today, call instead.

How do I get a quote for commercial kitchen extraction?

Send the site postcode, what the system is doing and roughly how many appliances sit under the canopy. Repair, cleaning and maintenance are priced from that alone. Installation and replacement are quoted after a survey, because canopy size, duct route and make-up air cannot be guessed from a description, and any figure given before that visit is a number somebody made up.

Send us the details

Optional. We can reply by phone instead.

The kitchen's postcode, not the billing address.

An estimate is fine. It is what sizes a cleaning or survey quote.

Describe the symptom in your own words. That is more useful to us than a diagnosis.

We use these details to answer your enquiry and nothing else. See the privacy policy.

What happens after you send it?

An engineer reads it. You get back either a price or the two or three questions we need before we can give one, and where a survey is the honest answer we will say so instead of guessing. Nobody is passed to a sales team and nothing is sub-contracted to a network: whoever quotes the work is from the firm that turns up to do it. If the kitchen is out of action today, do not wait on the form. Call, and the arrival window is given on that call. 24/7 emergency callout.

Those are starting points that move with the size of the system and the number of appliances under the canopy. Installation is the one thing not on the list, and no installation price is published on this site: a canopy, a duct route and the make-up air that has to come back in are measured rather than estimated. The ranges in circulation for a supply and install contradict each other by a factor of ten, and the survey costs nothing. How installation works.
